Ohio
Eviction and
Landlord-Tenant Law (3d ed.)
by Peter M. Iskin
Ohio Eviction and Landlord-Tenant
Law (3d ed.) is a practitioner's
manual, principally for attorneys
and other advocates who represent or
counsel tenants or landlords, and
for judges and magistrates who hear
eviction actions or other
residential landlord-tenant cases.
It is a manual for
tenants and landlords as well. The book surveys and analyzes the
Ohio statutes and caselaw on
eviction actions, residential
tenancies, manufactured home parks,
and land installment contracts. It
also surveys and analyzes the
federal regulations and Ohio caselaw
on HUD-assisted rental housing
programs, relative to an eviction
action or a termination of a
family's participation in the
section 8 voucher program. These
surveys and analyses address
procedure and practice issues, as
well as potential claims, defenses,
and remedies. The third edition
contains 528 pages of text, plus a
table of cases (86 pages and 1,996
cases) and a detailed index (42
pages). |
