If you are not satisfied with the services of The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland or believe you have been denied services wrongly, you may make a complaint either in writing or orally to the attorney in charge of the office that served you or to the Deputy Director at (216) 861-5480.
To make a written complaint, send a completed Grievance Form to to the attorney in charge of the office that served you or to the Deputy Director at 1223 West Sixth Street, Cleveland, OH 44113. You can get a blank Grievance Form by clicking on
this link and opening and printing the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader or by contacting any one of the offices of The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and asking them to send you a blank Grievance Form.
Legal Aid will investigate and a written decision will be made promptly after receiving your complaint.
